Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: 14/08/2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through the Murder Mittens Survivors Club online store.
In this policy, “MMSC”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Murder Mittens Survivors Club.
Nothing in this policy removes, limits or replaces any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
1. Contact Details
If you have a delivery question, please contact us at:
Email: murdermittenssurvivorsclub@gmail.com
Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short explanation of the issue.
2. Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to:
United Kingdom: Yes
European Union: No
Rest of World: No
Available delivery countries and services will be shown at checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, we are not currently accepting orders for delivery there.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery charges may vary depending on:
-
delivery destination;
-
parcel weight;
-
parcel size;
-
product type;
-
courier or postal service selected;
-
subscription, preorder, bundle or limited-release status.
Where delivery is included in the product price, this will be stated on the product page or at checkout.
If a customer chooses an upgraded, express, tracked or premium delivery option, that cost may not be fully refundable for change-of-mind returns. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
4. Dispatch Times
Dispatch time means the time between your order being accepted and your parcel leaving MMSC.
Delivery time means the time between dispatch and arrival with you.
Estimated dispatch times will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or in order communications.
For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch orders within:
3-5 Working Days
For preorders, subscription boxes, limited drops or made-to-order items, the expected dispatch date or dispatch window will be stated on the product page or in customer updates.
If your order contains items with different dispatch dates, we may hold the order and dispatch everything together unless we choose to split the shipment.
5. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
UK standard delivery: 3-5 Working Days
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly say otherwise.
Delivery may take longer during busy periods, product launches, postal disruption, adverse weather, customs checks, public holidays, courier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.
6. Delivery Within 30 Days Unless Otherwise Agreed
Unless we agree a different delivery timeframe with you, we will deliver goods within 30 days of order acceptance.
For preorders, subscription boxes, made-to-order products, limited releases and products with a stated future dispatch date, the delivery timeframe shown on the product page, at checkout, or in order communications forms part of the agreed delivery arrangement.
If we become aware that we cannot meet an agreed delivery window, we will aim to contact affected customers with an update.
7. Subscription Box Delivery
MMSC subscription boxes are prepared around scheduled dispatch dates.
Each box may involve printed materials, archive items, packaging, limited-run products and other supplies ordered before dispatch.
To stop the next scheduled subscription box, cancellations, skips, pauses, address changes or subscription changes must be completed at least 21 calendar days before the scheduled dispatch date, unless applicable law gives you a longer or different right.
Changes made after the 21-day cut-off may only apply to future boxes after the locked box.
Please see our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy and Subscription Cancellation Policy for full details.
8. Preorders and Limited Releases
Preorder and limited-release products will show an estimated dispatch date or dispatch window.
By placing a preorder, you agree to the stated dispatch window for that product.
Estimated dates may change due to supplier delays, production issues, quality control, postal disruption, stock shortages, illness, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will aim to notify affected customers.
Preorder, limited-release, small-batch or made-to-order status does not remove your statutory consumer rights.
9. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Not all delivery services include full tracking.
A tracking update may take time to appear after dispatch.
If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
10. Customer Address Responsibility
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please check your address carefully before placing an order, including:
-
house or flat number;
-
street name;
-
postcode;
-
town or city;
-
country;
-
delivery instructions;
-
email address;
-
phone number, if required by the courier.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not been packed or dispatched, we will try to update the address.
If the order has already been packed, labelled, dispatched or handed to the courier, we may not be able to change the address.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return-to-sender issues, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by you.
11. Failed Delivery, Missed Delivery and Collection
If the courier or postal service attempts delivery and you are not available, they may leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, at a collection point, or return it to their depot.
It is your responsibility to follow courier instructions, arrange redelivery, or collect the parcel within the required timeframe.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, delivery was refused, the address was incomplete or incorrect, or required customs/import charges were not paid, we may ask you to pay reasonable redelivery costs before resending the order.
12. Safe Places and Delivery Instructions
If you ask a courier to leave a parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at an alternative location, you do so at your own risk where the law allows.
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by unsafe delivery instructions chosen by you.
If you believe a courier has failed to follow safe delivery practice, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can review the issue.
13. Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us with your order number.
Before contacting us, please check:
-
the delivery address on your order confirmation;
-
tracking updates;
-
safe places;
-
neighbours;
-
local delivery office or collection point;
-
courier delivery photographs or GPS information, if available.
We may need to investigate with the courier or postal service before confirming the next steps.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, or if delivery failure is otherwise accepted, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law. This may include replacement, redelivery, refund or another appropriate remedy.
We may refuse or investigate claims where we reasonably believe there is fraud, repeated improper claims, misleading information, or delivery abuse. We will not use this section to deny a valid consumer remedy.
14. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide:
-
your order number;
-
photographs of the outer packaging;
-
photographs of the inner packaging;
-
photographs of the damaged item;
-
a short description of the issue.
Please keep the damaged item and packaging until we confirm whether they are needed for review, return, courier claim, replacement or refund.
Where damage is accepted, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
15. Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order is missing an item or contains the wrong item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include:
-
your order number;
-
a photograph of everything received;
-
a photograph of the packing slip, if included;
-
a short description of what is missing or incorrect.
Where a fulfilment error is accepted, we will correct it by sending the missing item, replacing the incorrect item, refunding the affected item, or offering another appropriate remedy.
16. Split Shipments
We may send items from the same order in more than one parcel.
This may happen where:
-
products have different dispatch dates;
-
one item is a preorder;
-
one item is made to order;
-
an item is delayed;
-
items need different packaging;
-
splitting the order helps avoid unnecessary delay.
If we split an order, we will aim to provide dispatch information for each shipment where available.
17. International Delivery, Customs and Import Charges
If we offer delivery outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs checks, import VAT, customs duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage fees or other charges in the destination country.
Unless we clearly state at checkout that duties and taxes are included, you are responsible for paying any import charges, taxes, duties and handling fees charged by your country or delivery provider.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, border checks, import inspections, local postal handling or unpaid import charges.
If you refuse to pay import charges and the parcel is returned to us, we may deduct from any refund the reasonable costs we incur, including original delivery costs, return shipping costs, courier charges and non-refundable fees, unless applicable law says otherwise.
International customers are responsible for checking whether products can lawfully be imported into their country before placing an order.
18. Delivery Restrictions
Some products may not be available for delivery to all locations.
Restrictions may apply because of:
-
courier limitations;
-
product size or weight;
-
customs rules;
-
tax rules;
-
legal restrictions;
-
postal disruption;
-
high fraud risk;
-
temporary suspension of services.
If we cannot deliver to your address after an order has been placed, we will contact you and provide a refund for any unavailable item or delivery service.
19. PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Alternative Delivery Addresses
Some courier services may not deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, hotels, workplaces, university accommodation, military addresses or temporary addresses.
If you use one of these addresses, delivery may be delayed, refused, returned or require collection.
We may contact you for an alternative address if needed.
20. Risk and Delivery
For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods generally passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominate to receive them.
If you arrange your own courier or carrier that was not offered by us, responsibility may pass to you when the goods are handed to that courier, where the law allows.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or not delivered.
21. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure to deliver where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This may include:
-
postal strikes;
-
courier disruption;
-
severe weather;
-
flood, fire or power failure;
-
supplier delays;
-
production issues;
-
customs disruption;
-
border delays;
-
cyber incidents;
-
illness;
-
epidemics or pandemics;
-
government action;
-
war, civil unrest or emergency;
-
other events beyond our reasonable control.
If an event outside our control affects delivery, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and update affected customers where possible.
22. Product Safety During Delivery
Packaging materials are intended to protect products during shipping.
Packaging, labels, tape, bags, inserts, foam, cardboard, tags, pins, patches, stickers, cords and small parts are not toys and should be kept away from children and animals where they may pose a choking, ingestion, entanglement or injury risk.
MMSC products are intended for human use unless clearly stated otherwise.
23. Abuse, Fraud and Improper Delivery Claims
We aim to resolve delivery issues fairly.
We may investigate, pause, restrict, refuse discretionary goodwill, cancel future orders, or preserve records where we reasonably believe there is:
-
fraudulent delivery claim;
-
repeated lost parcel claims;
-
misleading address information;
-
payment fraud;
-
chargeback abuse;
-
refusal to cooperate with courier investigation;
-
repeated non-collection;
-
deliberate misuse of returns or delivery processes.
We will not use this section to deny a valid statutory consumer remedy.
