When does the first box ship?

Founding Issue 001 - ESCALATION is scheduled to ship October 12th 2026.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. To stop the next scheduled box, cancellation must be completed at least 21 calendar days before the dispatch date. Cancellations after that point will usually apply after the locked box has been dispatched. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Can I skip a box?

Yes, you can skip an upcoming issue! Simply log into your account, go to your subscriptions, and select the option to skip your next order. Your subscription will then resume as normal for the following issue.

Can I buy one box without subscribing?

Yes! On each product page you can choose to purchase a single issue as a one-time buy, or sign up for a recurring subscription. Simply select your preferred option before adding to cart

Can I gift a subscription?

At this time, subscriptions cannot be gifted directly through our store. Each subscription is tied to the subscriber's own account and payment method.

What if my box arrives damaged?

Contact us as soon as you can so we can discuss the best solution for you, this could include sending you a new box or a refund.

Are the products safe for cats?

Unless specifically stated on the box/item no. Please check before allowing your cats to play with any of the contents.

Are the products for humans?

Yes, this subscription box is for you the survivor, the cats already have enough.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not currently, we will be expanding to international orders very soon, check back later for more details

Will every box contain the same items?

No, boxes may contain items of the same theme but the same items will not be repeated in multiple issues.
